Erasmus / Exchange programs

You are going to study at HELMo for an international exchange programme (Erasmus or other exchange programme), you will find on this page the application procedures as well as the study programmes offered by HELMo.

Application Procedure

• Your nomination must be sent by your home institution via the following link: https://www.service4mobility.c... (last name + name + study field + study period) before1st June for the Fall semester (September – January) and before 1 December for the Spring semester (February – June)
• After receiving your nomination, the departmental coordinator will accepted  it or not and will inform your home institution. Once this step will be in order; you will then receive a link to registered yourself online via our  system. All the procedures will be done online.
• HELMo would like to receive your Learning Agreement (LA) before the start of your mobility. This must be signed by the departmental coordinator of both institutions and by yourself. Thanks to initiate your learning agreement via https://learning-agreement.eu/
